Ingredients:

  • 6 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes

2. Prepare the Eggs

Peel the boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.

3. Mix the Dressing

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Stir until smooth and creamy.

4. Combine Everything

Add the potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the dressing.
Gently fold everything together until evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
